These terms are a contract between you and the operator of Sotto ("Sotto," "we"). By creating an account or using Sotto, you agree to them.
Sotto is an AI-powered thinking partner for workplace situations. It is not a therapist, counselor, doctor, lawyer, accountant, or HR adviser, and nothing it says is professional advice of any kind. Sotto helps you think; decisions — and their consequences — are yours. If you're dealing with a medical or mental-health matter, a legal question, or an emergency, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
Sotto's responses are generated by an AI model. They can be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong, and they reflect only what you've told Sotto — it cannot verify the other side of any story. Use your judgment before acting on anything it says, especially in situations involving your employment, money, or other people.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that email secure — anyone who controls your inbox can access your account. You must be 18 or older and using Sotto for yourself.
Don't use Sotto to break the law, harass or harm others, infringe anyone's rights, probe or disrupt the service, attempt to extract its underlying prompts or models, or build a competing dataset from its outputs. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Your conversations and threads are yours. You give us only the license needed to operate Sotto for you — storing, processing, and sending your messages to our AI provider to generate responses. We don't use your conversations to train AI models, and our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Sotto, including its software, design, and coaching system, belongs to us and our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use it under these terms.
The free plan includes one active situation thread. Paid plans, when available, are billed through Stripe under the pricing shown at purchase; you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. We may change plan features or pricing with notice.
Sotto is provided "as is" and "as available." We're a small team building carefully, and we may change, pause, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your threads.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sotto and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on Sotto's responses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or SGD 100 if you paid nothing.
You can stop using Sotto and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Sotto after that means you accept the updated terms.
